Terms & Conditions Summary
Memberships
Memberships are valid for 1 month with a minimum of 3 months of auto payments.
Your membership will commence from the date of purchase, or you can select a date you would like it to start.
Memberships will continue with scheduled auto payments unless notified via email at info@coreclubperth.com.au.
Any unused classes will expire at the end of the billing period. All classes should be redeemed within the month and no extensions will be permitted.
Should you wish to attend additional classes, members can purchase single class passes at a discounted rate of $25.
Unlimited Members can attend 1 class per day.
All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferrable between clients.
Class Packs
Your Class Packs will commence from the date of purchase, or you can select a date you would like it to start.
All classes should be redeemed within the time period set out on the app and website. Classes not used within the required time will expire. No exceptions will be made.

Bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance.
Introductory Offer
Introductory Offers are valid for 14 days commencing from your first booked class.
All bookings must be made within the 2-week period. You will be able to book up to 6 classes over the 14 days.
The Introductory Offer can only be purchased once per person.
All classes should be redeemed within the time period set out on the app and website. No exceptions will be made.

Cancellations & no show
Class cancellation or rescheduling must be made via the MINDBODY App at least 5 hours prior to your class start time.
All cancellations must be submitted via the MINDBODY app. Core Club Perth does not accept cancellations made by email, phone, text or social media.
Late cancellations will result in a loss of class that will automatically be deducted from your membership or packs.
If you do not show up to your booked class, you will lose your session and be charged a $10 no show fee. Core Club Perth reserves the right to deduct money from your nominated account.
Core Club Perth reserves the right to cancel classes should there be less than 3 people. You will be notified 2-3 hours prior to the scheduled start time and will be refunded the class.
Core Club Perth reserves the right to change the instructor of the class without notice if the instructor is unable to attend.
Waitlist
If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist via the MINDBODY App or our website.
You can be added into a class up to one hour before the class starts.
When adding yourself to the waitlist, you are committing to attend that class if space becomes available.
It is your responsibility to check if you have come off a waitlist overnight or throughout the day.
You will need to remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer wish to attend to avoid late cancellation or no-show fees.
You can enable text and email notifications via MINDBODY, no exceptions will be made for no shows.
Suspending or terminating memberships
Suspending:
You may suspend class packs and memberships by providing 7 days written notice to Core Club Perth via info@coreclubperth.com.au.
The minimum membership suspension is 7 days with a maximum hold of 1 month.
If you require suspension for a medical reason or an injury, a medical certificate must be provided.
No more than 2 suspension periods will be granted over a 12-month period (from contract start date).
Suspensions are not valid for Introductory Offers.
Termination:
You may terminate your Membership by providing 14 days written notice to Core Club Perth by emailing info@coreclubperth.com.au.
Your Membership will end in the then current billing cycle (14 days post email notice), and you will be charged for that billing cycle.
Studio etiquette
All members must be respectful and courteous to other people attending any Class and Core Club Perth Instructors.
We ask that you please arrive 5 minutes prior to the class commencing. If you are more than 5 minutes, you will not be permitted entry as your late entrance will be disruptive to others.
All members must bring socks to class, preferably with grip. If you do not bring your own socks, you will be required to purchase a pair of Core Club Perth socks for health and hygiene purposes.
Please ensure your mobile is either switched off or on silent. Mobile phones are not to be next to your reformer or mat during the class.
Core Club Perth will provide hand sanitiser which everyone must use before and after class.
All members are expected to disinfect their used equipment after class. Disinfectant wiped will be provided by Core Club Perth.
We do not offer childcare facilities and children are not permitted in the studio.
You must be over the age of 16 to attend a class.
If you are pregnant, have a pre-existing injury or physical limitations, you must advise Core Club Perth and provide a medical clearance as indicated in the FAQs.
COVID-19
All clients must comply with Core Club Perth’s safety plan in relation to COVID-19 which is based on WA State Government Guidelines and latest health advice.
It is mandatory to show your proof of vaccination against COVID-19 in order to visit the studio.
All clients are expected to email a copy of their vaccination certificate (or medical exemption) to info@coreclubperth.com.au. This will then be uploaded to your MINDBODY account.
Please understand that if you cannot provide a proof of vaccination (or a medical exemption), you will no be permitted to participate in class.
The health and safety of Core Club Perth members, staff, visitors, and the community are our greatest importance.
