Reformer Foundations

This class focuses on fundamental Pilates principles, movement and refining your technique. 

This is the perfect class if you are meeting a reformer for the first time, new to pilates, or hoping to build a strong pilates practice. You will learn foundational reformer Pilates exercises whilst building confidence, strength, balance, and flexibility. 

Suitable for pregnant clients. 

 

Reformer CLASSIC

This versatile class is our most popular and suitable for all levels of fitness. This class will build upon what you have learnt in our Reformer Foundation class and will challenge your strength, stability, and endurance. 

 

Reformer BURN

Turn up the heat on your pilates practise with our Reformer Burn class. 

With a heightened cardio focus, this challenging class promises to make your muscles burn, raise your heart rate, make you sweat and get those feel-good endorphins firing! 

Not suitable for pregnant or injured clients. 

 

Reformer Stretch & Release 

This class will seamlessly flow through a series of gentle deep muscular and neural stretches, carefully sequenced to improve your overall flexibility at your own pace. 

Our aim is for you to leave feeling invigorated by your movement, confident in your posture, and relieved of tension. Highly recommended as an add-on class once a week to your normal class schedule. 

 

Mums & mini’s 

This tailored class is a beautiful way to bond with your bub, all while building back your strength, especially in common areas of weakness after birth.

All post-natal mama’s must have their 6–8-week clearance from their Doctor/OB or Physiotherapist to participate.

Don’t forget to bring something for your bub to lay on/sit in, toys, and other items your baby might need.

Babies must be between 6 weeks – 8 months/ not yet crawling.
